Where to book tickets

Tickets are available online and at the tower’s ticket window.

Online ticket prices tend to be cheaper than tickets at the venue.

When you buy online, you can avoid the long queues at the attraction’s ticket counters.

When you book early, you also get your preferred time slot.

Because some attractions sell a limited number of tickets, during peak days they may sell out. Booking early also helps avoid last-minute disappointments.

How do online tickets work

Visit the booking page to select the travel date and the number of members, and book right away!

Once you complete the booking process, the tickets will be mailed to you.

You do not need to carry printouts.

Show the e-ticket on your smartphone to the staff at the entrance.

If you have booked a tour combining the Tour with other experiences, such as Journey to the Falls or Hornblower Cruises, your touring agency might provide vouchers at the meeting point.

All visitors must carry valid IDs.

Is the Skylon Tower disability friendly?

The Tower has wheelchair access.
There are steps to reach the dining area of the Revolving Dining Room.
However, ramp access to the dining room will be provided.

Why is the Niagara Falls flow halved at night?

An international agreement restricts water flow over Niagara Falls at night so that more of the water can enter intakes used to generate electricity.

What to expect at Skylon Tower

Niagara Falls is a group of three waterfalls, the largest of which, the Horseshoe Falls, lies on the Canadian side of the border, while the Bridal Veil Falls and American Falls lie on the American side.

The Tower has stood over this ancient natural wonder like a modern tribute monument since 1964.

Begin your dramatic journey to the top of the Tower by taking the ‘Ride-To-The-Top’ elevator, a glass-fronted elevator facing Niagara Falls.

Watch the massive water-swept Niagara Gorge plunge deeper as the elevator climbs at high speeds to unfurl sweeping views of the Niagara River stretching far and wide.

Walk out on the stunning indoor observation deck with floor-to-ceiling glass panels, facilitating awe-inspiring 360-degree views of the Horseshoe Falls, The Bridal Veil, and the American Falls.

The Horseshoe Falls is the most powerful waterfall in North America.

Watch panoramic views of the Great Gorge, the Niagara River, and skyscrapers as far as Buffalo and Toronto.

Step out into the elements on the remarkable outdoor observation deck and feel the mist of the Falls on your skin.

Enjoy a delicious meal at the Revolving Dining Room, which completes one rotation every hour to present you with ever-changing views of the skyline.

Indulge your taste buds with an all-you-can-eat buffet at the Tower’s Summit Suite.

Swing by the Tower at night and behold Niagara Falls aglow with a spectacular array of colors, transforming the cascading waters into a mesmerizing, fantastical spectacle.

Leave the Tower behind and descend into the pulsating heartbeat of Niagara Falls by taking the ‘Journey-Behind-The-Falls.

Located at the base of Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side, this attraction offers an otherworldly perspective.

Descending 45 meters (150 feet) via elevator to the base of Niagara Falls, you will be led to two tunnels.

The first tunnel will lead you directly behind the Falls to several portals, where you can see the thunderous gushing water in front of you.

As you walk through the tunnel, you will hear the raging water all around you.

The second tunnel will lead you to the upper and lower observation decks, where you will stand almost adjacent to the top of Niagara Falls.

Directly exposed to the waterfall’s spray and covered by ponchos, you will have one of the greatest possible views of Niagara Falls.

Be prepared to get wet as you feel the mist and spray of Niagara Falls, an experience that will leave you in awe of Mother Nature’s majesty.

The Journey Behind the Falls also provides educational exhibits and information about the history, geology, and natural forces shaping Niagara Falls over time.

Throw yourself into the ultimate Niagara Falls experience with a sensational 12-minute Helicopter ride high above the explosive rapids and cascading waters of Niagara Falls.

Set sail on the Hornblower Niagara Cruises boat tour that journeys past the Bridal Veil and American Falls to get you as close as possible to the deafening, foggy magnificence of the Horseshoe Falls.
