While the rebellion was swiftly quelled, it catalyzed significant reforms that eventually paved the way for democracy in Australia.

The gold crown and white stripes embellishing the Melbourne Skydeck Eureka Tower serve as a poignant reminder of this pivotal event in history.

The tower houses the gorgeous skydeck on the 88th floor, the highest vantage point in all of Melbourne, with extraordinary cityscape views.

Standing at a celestial height of 300 meters (985 feet), the sprawling city vistas before you serve as a humbling testament to the resilience of the human spirit and its wondrous capabilities.
